ABOUT US…

 

Each year we host an event called The Gathering which is based on all types of music for music lovers. The Gathering aims to draw music lovers together to join in on the fun with either live bands performing or music videos playing on big screens, but each year is different.

 

In 2009 The Gathering kicked off with a Rock / Metal theme with live performance from the band Sons of Signal stealing the lime light. With drawing a crowd of music lovers, the evening was a success ( but very cold ) and became the start of many more events to come.

 

Each year The Gathering will become bigger and better and hope to one day become a weekend event that attracts larger  and larger crowds , the aim is not to compete with existing   fests / shows but to rather do something different.

 

2010 Brings back an old era of which we believe brought the meaning of MUSIC to life. Before the 20th Century, there were brilliant bands and artists, but what still remains the good old days of classics and can never be re-done by artists in our day and age.

 

Music in 2010 has become famous for certain months and dies off as new songs and artists develop, but they tend to fade over time. Clubs these days still play

Brown Eyed Girl ,what a classic and Thunderstruck by ACDC...those were the good old days.
